Note: take the fist ''red flag'' with a grain of salt.
Many dominants do not want to be called by an honorific unless a D/s dynamic has been mutually agreed upon.
Personally I don't care if someone wants to call me by an honorific. I am a Mistress, or Goddess, but I am not their Mistress/Goddess. I've written more about it here.
