Move the ropes with finess. And heart to care for the balance of your own pleasure and the others. This weekend will give you a fantastic introduction to Shibari, the art of tying and being tied. Welcome to an exploration of polarity, of creative intimacy and of tuning in deeply to our bodies through softness and power. Sensual Shibari is a special form of Shibari, inspired by Japanese and western rope bondage, however tantric teachings, sensuality and embodiment holds the deeper layers. Molly Maria, with her expertise, guides you through a journey of presence and sensual confidence, as well as joyfully being a beginner. You will learn about rope technique, how to build connection with depth and confidence and how to embody the polarities of leading and surrendering within relationships and within one self. * WHO IS THIS FOR? Are you curious to step into deeper sensuality, polarity and play? To explore the creativity of the ropes together with the presence of sensual surrender? To approach the ropes, not just as a technical skill, but as a tool for connection and creative intimacy. This class is for beginners, who have tied a little before, or have no earlier experience. You can sign up both with a partner or a friend. We will stay with the same partner during the weekend and there will be time for both of you to explore both tying and being tied. * CONTENT: Presence 🌹 Embodiment 🌹 Ropes The teachings have their roots in exploring intimate connections, where the ropes become a tool in order to practice (or come back to) something fundamental, our senses and our sensual confidence. To meet through sensuality requires a deep presence. This state of presence is what we will curiously and playfully approach through the ropes during this course. In order to study the ropes as your new tool for play, we will take turns between focusing on connection and technique. To allow for a curious beginners mind as well as a deep experience. You will learn: ✨ The art of holding and being held through simple, beautiful rope techniques ✨ Structure and flow, from known patterns to playful improvisation ✨ Awakening your sensuality through the art of surrender ✨ Move with embodied confidence, gently reclaiming your pleasure and your presence ✨ Discover the roles of polarity, the power in softness, and the strength in surrender ✨ Building trust, safety, and communication in intimacy ✨ Deepen into themes like tempo, atmosphere, tenderness and intuitive touch, to let your body lead the way No previous experience is needed, just a longing to expand your tool box for sensual play! You will walk away with both a beautiful experience, a new set of skills and a deeper connection with yourself. This can be anything from your most fresh t-shirt to a sexy silk shirt. You choose! No nudity. My work guides individuals and groups on transformative journeys of embodiment and self realisation. The creative and the therapeutic are weaved together in my work. I have been tying since 2016, practicing both traditional Shibari and finding my own approach. My way of tying is inspired by contact improvisation dance, massage, meditation, bdsm and tantra. There is a stong focus on playful embodiment and pleasure, focusing on presence, sensuality and the deep contact between people, where the rope becomes a tool and a framework to experience one self and others.
