From Intention to Strappado - 1-day Rope workshop Join us for a two-part workshop designed to deepen both your rope practice and your connection with your partner. 🔹 Part I – Opening with Intention We begin with the art of setting the tone for a session. Through simple yet meaningful ties, you’ll learn how to open with awareness, attune to your partner’s invitations, and cultivate a space of presence, focus, and shared intention. 🔹 Part II – Exploring Strappado In the second half, we dive into the intensity and beauty of the strappado. Together we’ll explore different shoulder and arm placements, study body mechanics, and discover how this shape can be adapted to create powerful sensations—always with care, awareness, and connection at the center.
